General Location
We are located in the Trolley Square vicinity of Wilmington at the South East Corner of Broom Street and Gilpin Avenue. It’s a brick Victorian Building with large front porch. We are at the side-rear entrance. Turn into the generous parking lot and look for our entry, sign is located on our front door. There is a mail slot in the front door for document delivery.

From North of Wilmington
Take I-95 South. Exit at the first Delaware Avenue exit. At the traffic light make a right hand turn, bear right onto Delaware Avenue. Continue straight to N. Rodney Street, make a right on N. Rodney Street. Go one block to Gilpin Avenue and make a right, then one block to N. Broom Street and make a right. We are located at the corner of N. Broom Street and Gilpin Avenue in the brick Victorian building on the left hand side before the traffic light. Make a quick left into the parking lot. We are on the first floor at the rear side entrance.

From South of Wilmington
Take I-95 North. Exit at #7 – Delaware Avenue/Route 52. At the 2nd traffic light make a left. Move over to the far right lane (Delaware Avenue) and bear right onto Delaware Avenue. Continue straight to N. Rodney Street, then make a right on N. Rodney Street. Go one block to Gilpin Avenue and make a right, then one block to N. Broom Street and make a right. We are located at the corner of N. Broom Street and Gilpin Avenue in the brick Victorian building on the left hand side before the traffic light. Make a quick left into the parking lot. We are on the first floor at the rear side entrance.

From Route 52 ~ Greenville
Take Route 52 South towards Wilmington. After passing under the railroad bridge, begin to look for Rodney Street, roughly 5 blocks from that bridge. Make a left at N. Rodney Street. Continue straight to Gilpin Avenue and make a right (you will cross over Delaware Avenue). Continue one block and make a right on N. Broom Street. We are located at the corner of N. Broom Street and Gilpin Avenue in the brick Victorian building on the left hand side before the traffic light. Make a quick left into the parking lot. We are on the first floor at the rear side entrance.
