Paul Pantano is a seasoned commercial and residential real estate professional based in Wilmington, Delaware, with over 35 years of industry experience and a proven track record throughout New Castle County. As the founder and principal of PANTANO Real Estate, Paul has brokered and sold thousands of properties, with a focus on retail, office, multi-family, and specialty assets.

A recognized leader in the field, Paul was honored as New Castle County Realtor of the Year and State Realtor of the Year in 2010 and has served as President of the New Castle County Board of REALTORS. He is also deeply involved in redevelopment and Brownfield revitalization efforts, contributing to the transformation and stabilization of numerous commercial corridors and neighborhoods.

In addition to his brokerage work, Paul is an active owner-operator of commercial real estate through closely held entities. This dual perspective—as both principal and broker—equips him with unique insights into acquisition strategy, leasing, asset repositioning, and long-term portfolio growth.

Paul earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Delaware, concentrating in Organizational Theory and Management Information Systems. A lifelong Wilmington resident, he is an alumnus of Howard Career Center and currently resides in Greenville. He has also served on the boards of several housing-focused nonprofits dedicated to affordable homeownership and community revitalization.

Joseph P. Hurley III has been an industry leader in the real estate community, serving New Castle County, DE.
